This sauce is perfect for wagyu steak. Just ask our Instagram followers!
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp butter
- 4-5 cloves minced garlic
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Just melt the butter, stir in the rest of the ingredients, and enjoy hot! Dip your favorite wagyu steak.
