The Filets is good. But this time I have order 2 Filets, 3 Sirloin and 3 Ribeye, but I only received 2 Ribeye, how to do that?
By any measure, this was the most tender, delicate filet I've ever had. Melted like butter after a quick sear in the cast-iron. I’m sure it’s great on the grill too.
